Jelly Tots Nursery is the best choice we made for our son. He is loved by the teachers like he is their own. His social, motor and vocabulary skills have noticeably improved with their help in a short space of time. The staff are very attentive and offer support not just to the student but also the parents if needed. They may not be a big corporate chain like busy bees, they are better. They are family.
We benefit from an independent and well equipped sensory room. Sensory play encourages discovery and independent thinking, as well as inspiring imagination and creativity.
Whether your child is joining us at a very young age, or pre-school age, they are sure to benefit from the experience that our sensory room brings. Our sensory room will help invoke all of their senses, stimulate cognitive understanding, and invite them into another dimension of learning.

Message From Ana
I would like to introduce myself as Jelly Tots Nursery owner and former manager. For as long as I can remember I have always worked with children. I had the privilege to open my own nursery back in 2014 after completing a level 3 qualification. In 2019 finished my Early Years Foundation Degree while managing the nursery.
During my time as manager I have experienced many changes and challenges. As the years have passed, I have never lost my enthusiasm and passion. I feel extremely privileged to be part of children’s life. I am continually learning and meeting new challenges as the setting continues to develop. Best of all, I am surrounded by an amazing team for whom I have great appreciation.
As a parent I understand that for many parents, the prospect of leaving your child at nursery for the first time can be frightening. This is why we give you and your child as much time as you need to feel at home.
Our Team network includes talented people from experienced classroom practitioners, forest school trained, Montessori experienced and foreign language. They all share a passion for education and children.
Our Core Beliefs and Values
Every child deserves the very best start in life
It is our shared responsibility to “Get it Right for Every Child”
The importance of a well-qualified team member, who share our vision and values, in order for us to effectively implement our approach across the nursery
The learning environment is carefully designed to cater for all children’s needs, abilities and individualities
The importance of a stimulating environment that offers choice, independence and freedom allowing children to take a lead role in their own learning and development
To create a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment in order to realise each child’s potential
To work in partnership with parents and children in their learning journey through active learning and creative teaching strategies to support the children
To meet all aspects of the early Years Framework providing a balance of care and education
To enable team members to develop their potential through professional development training and an imbedded culture of reflexive practice
To work with families and the local community, other professional and the local authorities to narrow the gap in children leaning and development
If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.
